WorkSafe seeks witnesses into Rye Carnival tragedy

WorkSafe Victoria is continuing to investigate the circumstances surrounding an incident in which a six-year-old boy died after falling from a carnival ride in Rye at Easter.

Eugene Mahauariki was on the Cha Cha ride when the incident took place, shortly after 5pm on Monday, 17 April.
